The Dashboard - Track Your Supplements

The Dashboard keeps you in the know:

  1. The Supplement Dashboard or "Pizza Tracker" lets you know what stage your supplement request is currently in
  2. Additional "Pizza Tracker" statuses: Salesperson Review Required and Supplements Settled YTD
  3. Customizable report - This one is all supplement requests by branch location
  4. Additional customizable reports:
    • New supplements last 7 days
    • Closed supplement $ totals last 7 days
    • Closed supplement $ of the difference between Original RCV and Settled Amount. (this is the increase in funds due to the supplement)

     

The dashboard is an essential part of the Claim Connection experience and the main reason we switched over to them. Having tried another like service that communicated via emails to get reports was a time suck. The CC dashboard has kept us far more productive because we juggle three markets.
